To participate on the bd1o platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Complying with these terms is the legal responsibility of every user.

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play games on bd1o, you must be 21 years of age or older. Age will be verified through the information provided at registration. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

1.2 Geographic Location

The bd1o platform is operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. It may not be used from regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. bd1o bears no responsibility for accounts operated from restricted regions.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, they will be closed without prior notice. All bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

1.4 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account. bd1o reserves the right to close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided. Identity verification may be carried out using a national identity card or passport if required.

2.1 Password and Security

Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. bd1o will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

2.2 Account Suspension and Closure

bd1o reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of breach of terms and conditions.
• On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• On suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• If a minor is identified.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

2.3 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any outstanding balance will be settled in accordance with the rules before closure.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

bd1o offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum ৳10,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means withdrawals can only be made after wagering ten times the bonus amount. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

3.3 General Rules for Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer permits it.
• There may be restrictions on wagering with bonus funds in certain games or betting markets.
• If bonus funds are used for fraudulent purposes, all benefits will be cancelled.

3.4 VIP Cashback Program

bd1o has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver 0.3%, Gold 0.5%, Platinum 0.6% and Diamond 0.8% weekly cashback. Cashback is credited to your account automatically every week.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bd1o currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Deposit or withdrawal requests below these limits will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals on bd1o are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional verification may be required in some cases which can take longer. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time applies.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing a balance that includes bonus funds.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is completed if required.
• Additional information may be requested in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Transaction history is retained for up to 90 days.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

If evidence of any chargeback, fraud or illegal transaction is found, bd1o reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances. Necessary legal action may be taken in such cases.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bd1o is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely impartial and unpredictable.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits may vary depending on the type of game or event. Additional betting restrictions may apply when using bonus funds.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to server problems, network outages or other technical faults, bd1o will attempt to recover the session where applicable. However, bd1o's decision in such situations will be considered final.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd1o platform:

• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Strategic misuse of bonus terms (bonus hunting or bonus busting).
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Deliberately exploiting technical faults or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using harassing, offensive or discriminatory language.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
